National Park and Recreation Month is celebrated throughout July to highlight the power of parks and recognize the professionals who maintain green spaces. With events focusing on community, nature, and play, July is the perfect time to explore South Carolina's public lands.
Since 1985, we've celebrated National Parks and Recreation Month in July. From dog parks, to neighborhood parks, to art parks, Columbia has a park for everyone! Take a look at the links below to find a park in your area! Remember, the only sad park is the park that you're not in--Let's go explore!
