Monthly Awareness

Understanding monthly awareness causes helps us build empathy, take action, and create a more informed, compassionate world.

As we move through November and December, we recognize several important awareness months that inspire us to engage, reflect, and support each other during the holiday season. In November, Diabetes Awareness Month, Native American Heritage Month, and Homelessness Awareness Month encourage us to learn more about health, heritage, and community. These observances remind us to prioritize well-being, celebrate diverse cultures, and extend compassion to those in need.

In December, we turn our attention to Universal Human Rights Month, Safe Toys and Gifts Month, and National Impaired Driving Prevention Month, each spotlighting the importance of safety, inclusivity, and responsibility as we close out the year. By acknowledging these awareness months, we open doors for positive action and foster a community where everyone feels valued and supported.
These awareness months remind us to support, educate, and advocate for various causes during the holiday season.
